Revitalized, vibrant and healthy communities cannot be accomplished without partnerships and financial support. The new Trolley Square in Cambridge, Mass., is just one example. Photo: Lloyd Wolf |

We receive support from corporations, foundations and hundreds of individuals who are making a difference in America's low-income communities through their support of Enterprise's work.
Enterprise has also been the fortunate recipient of important below market rate loans and program-related investments (PRIs). Below market loans and PRIs are investments that are made by foundations and corporations for charitable purposes and that involve the modest return of capital within a specific time frame. Below market rate loans and PRIs are a valuable means of leveraging philanthropic dollars. Of thousands of grantmaking foundations and corporations, only a few hundred make PRIs and below market rate loans. We are grateful that our PRI and Below Market Rate Loan Investors have identified us as worthy of their investments.
The James W. Rouse Society pays tribute to James Rouse’s boundless hope by honoring individual donors who contribute $1,000 or more annually to Enterprise, helping us carry out our mission in that Rouse spirit of commitment and determination.
