As president of Enterprise Business Partners, LLC (EBP), Helen Whitehead directs and oversees the shared services operation for the entire Enterprise family of companies. The services included in this operation are information technology, human resources and facilities management. The goal of EBP is to support Enterprise’s overall mission and objectives by consistently delivering high-quality, high-value and cost-effective services to all internal customers of Enterprise in a responsive manner.

Helen has an extensive background in corporate administration. Prior to joining Enterprise in March 1999, she was the senior vice president of corporate operations for Integrated Health Service, Inc. (IHS), a $3.1 billion national healthcare company. In that capacity she managed 120 employees and oversaw all administrative functions for the company. Prior to IHS, Helen was one of four founding members of, and subsequently vice president for, the Maryland National Healthcare Banking Group, one of the country’s first healthcare banking practices. In this role, she managed an $85 million loan portfolio, largely comprised of acquisition and construction lending to all major healthcare industry sub-segments: long-term care, assisted living, sub-acute care, rehab and acute care.

Helen received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Duke University.
