Enterprise has a presence in 22 locations around the country and approximately 500 employees.
The headquarters is in Columbia, Md.

Achievements

  • Together with our partners, Enterprise helped to build or preserve more than 257,000 affordable homes in communities across the nation, investing more than $10 billion.
  • Enterprise has helped to produce more than 14,600 energy-efficient, healthy and environmentally sustainable homes in more than 355 development in 33 states.   
  • Raised more than $7.4 billion in low-income housing tax-credit equity to help build more than 94,000 affordable homes.
  • Financed more that $543 million in new construction, preservation and rehabilitation mortgages, resulting in nearly 16,000 affordable rental apartments.
  • Enterprise has closed more than $1.77 billion in equity, loans and grants, totaling more than 30,000 units of supportive housing.
  •  $17.8 million in grants distributed to community development organizations.
  • Of the 133 LIHTC properties sold through Year 15 dispositions, nearly every project remained affordable, preserving 7,326 rental units. In addition, 298 families now own homes through a lease-purchase program sponsored by one of Enterprise’s premier partners.
  • Placed over $515 million in commercial and mixed-use developments in urban centers and rural communities, with total development costs of over $3 billion, resulting in more than 5.8 million square feet
