In East Baltimore, the future promises a vibrant community in an area that bears the scars of a collapsed industrial sector. Enterprise leveraged New Markets Tax Credits to help generate nearly $19 million in vital resources to acquire parcels of land and prepare the site for redevelopment.

Enterprise has worked to improve conditions on U.S. tribal land in Utah, Idaho and New Mexico. We worked with tribes in these areas to secure a $500,000 Federal Home Loan Banks grant to develop affordable homes. We also leveraged nearly $4 million for Native American communities through HUD’s Rural Housing and Economic Development grants.
