Enterprise has joined the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to turn foreclosed properties into affordable homes in Dallas, Los Angeles, New York City and Rochester, N.Y.
Enterprise and the Corporation for Supportive Housing launched an ambitious partnership to end long-term homelessness. The Supportive Housing Investment Partnership (SHIP) offered grants, loans and tax credits to help developers create 3,000 homes with medical care, substance-abuse counseling and other services for those who are homeless or at risk for becoming homeless.
