For two decades, Enterprise has provided the financing and expertise to expand
homeownership and build stronger, more sustainable neighborhoods across the
Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Enterprise helps individuals and families prepare
for the responsibilities of homeownership so they can enjoy long-term success
and become community stakeholders. Enterprise also helps preserve affordable
housing through EHOP-Dallas — to date, we have acquired and rehabilitated
200 properties and sold more than 155 affordable homes. Enterprise also is a
leading advocate for greener, more cost-efficient and environmentally responsive
affordable housing in Dallas.
We are grateful to the many partners that support our work in Dallas.

Lawanda Strahn and her three children became the 5,000th family to achieve homeownership through the Enterprise and City of Dallas Mortgage Assistance Program when they purchased their new, 1,500 sq. ft. home in South Dallas.
"My kids and I have really worked to make this happen—I work while they are at school and we work together in my Mom's restaurant on the weekends. Because we have done this as a family, getting the home was that much more exciting."
