The 2010 Chase Community Development Competition will be held in New Orleans once again. This real world learning experience gives a team of students an opportunity to partner with a New Orleans nonprofit organization to develop a real estate project that is feasible, sustainable, and helps to build and strengthen the local community. Chase will award pre-development grants to the nonprofit partner for the first, second and third place winners in the amount of $25,000, $15,000, and $10,000.
