Preserving Affordable Housing and Strengthening Neighborhoods
In this challenging financial climate, Enterprise is supporting community-based developers and stabilizing the housing they operate, while creating financial tools and solutions to save buildings that are distressed and at risk due to over-leverage. Download our Fact Sheet. (PDF, 194K)

Greening New York’s Affordable Housing
Enterprise is working to make all of New York’s existing and future affordable housing energy- and water-efficient, environmentally sustainable, and healthy for families and communities. Through the Stimulus-funded Weatherization Assistance Program, Enterprise and LISC are weatherizing more than 2,100 affordable apartments in New York City. Resources for Our Partners
Enterprise’s broad array of financial and intellectual tools, coupled with deep development expertise, allows us to customize innovative solutions for our partners. In partnership with the City of New York, foundations and financial institutions, Enterprise launched the New York City Acquisition Fund to provide critical acquisition and predevelopment financing for the creation and preservation of affordable housing in New York City.
