Housing Development Step-By-Step (formerly the Housing Developer Support System) equips nonprofit organizations with the appropriate information and tools to improve, or expand, their affordable housing production systems. It can also help you evaluate alternative housing prodcution methods and "scale up" your pipeline. It addreses issues in program planning, production systems and marketing and occupancy and beyond for various housing types.

Resident Services Step-By-Step
Resident Services Step-By-Step describes how to determine what services would most benefit your residents, and then how to fund, staff, design, implement and measure the effectiveness of those services. Part One describes how to design a resident services program unique to your residents.
